1.Appointment Booking Deposit

• For hair extension and hairdressing services, a deposit of 20,000 HUF is required. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation but can be rescheduled if changed at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.

2.Timely Appointment Booking

• Due to high demand, we kindly ask you to book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.

3.In Case of Illness

• Please do not visit the salon if you are sick. In such cases, we are happy to assist in rescheduling your appointment.

4.No-Show Fee

• If you do not show up for your appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged.

​

5.Preparation for Hair Extensions

• For hair extensions or corrections, please arrive with freshly washed hair to ensure the quality of the service.

6.Security Monitoring

• The salon is under camera surveillance for the safety of our clients and staff.

​

7.Hair Extension Refunds

• Hair extensions purchased at the salon are non-refundable. Please consider this before making a purchase.

8.Refunds and Issue Resolution

• Refunds for services are not possible. If you experience any issues, please inform us, and we will gladly resolve them to the best of our ability.
